The Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation's e-Learning gateway for online training programmes in Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits.

These programmes are designed to help organisations access e-learning easily and cost effectively. The first Euclidian Online Training programme was funded by the Department of Work and Pensions and since then our product range has developed into an exciting range of programmes in Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit.

395 local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales registered for the original online training programme for new entrants into Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit and today, the service is used by over 100 local authorities in England, Scotland and Wales.

Employment and Support Allowance has been launched!
The new course is fashioned to take a complete novice and prepare them for the introduction of the new allowance. How? By informing them and testing them on a matrix of learning modules, constructed around a variery of learning styles. Extending beyond legislation & regulations, office practice is also incorporated, providing opportunities for the learner to research.
